Never paid ppi as far as we were aware and so many calls everyday about it. When Hardwick rang I spoke to James a lovely young man who said really what have you got to lose? I read everything especially the small print and looked the company up on the Internet. We filled the forms in and could not believe the results. We were paid out. We then went to the bank about account fees and ppi and again the monies were paid directly into our account. We also received a letter of apology from our bank. We would recommend Hardwick not only for their professionalism but for their honesty and extremely polite and caring staff. So pleased I had a good chat with James on that first occasion.
