as much as I appreciate you sorting out my claim I think that your pricing is astronomical as I have found out what it actually takes to make a claim and had I known this I would have considered doing it myself, you tell people that it costs a quarter of the claim but your charges are more like a third as V.A.T. is not mentioned at the initial phone call, If I recommend you to anyone I know I will make sure that they know the facts firsts of your charging structure, as I said I appreciate the claim but not your charges
