After an initial problem with a missing item in my order Claire personally rang me and explained what had happened and what she had done to put it right. That’s all you can ever hope for when there is a delivery issue. Problems occur with all businesses, it’s how they deal with it which gets 5 stars, plus of course their paint is the best I’ve ever worked with. The colours are so relevant to current interior design and they paint like a ‘dream in cream’ Jennifer
