Ordered my items on 23rd Dec …. And when it hadn’t arrived by 6th Jan I called and spoke to Liz who confirmed it had been despatched in the 23rd. Liz kindly followed this up with Royal Mail to discover it had gone to the wrong depot and called me back to let me know it was making its way to me …. Sure enough I received it on the 11th of Jan …. Well packaged and everything there that is ordered. I haven’t used the paint yet but looking forward to starting my project! Great customer service.
