After ordering some fusion paint the delivery company delayed the delivery. I rang and spoke to Claire and she was on the case straight away to see where it had got to, she then very kindly resent the order on next day delivery which duly arrived. Such excellent service from a lovely lady who went above and beyond to help me out (I had planned to do some painting as I had a few days off and she made that possible 😊)
