I have always had excellent service and prompt delivery of any items I have purchased. I had an issue with one of my transfers and I emailed them quite late at night. They phoned me the next day and though it seems to be a packaging issue from the manufacturer they dealt with my issue straight away and sent out a replacement. I can't recommend this shop enough, the customer service excellent.
