Claire made a gorgeous decorated wooden cotton reel for my for my 2nd wedding anniversary (cotton theme!). During the entire process Claire was fantastic at communicating with me. She sent photos and regularly kept me updated. I wrote a poem and Claire was able to print it perfectly for me! I was so happy with the finished result and I know that my husband loved it too.
