Claire was an absolute delight to liaise with during my order, she guaranteed my item would arrive in time for my anniversary and it most certainly did. I had a cotton reel made and personalised with my wedding vowels printed on it, for my 2nd Anniversary. And it DID NOT disappoint, the product is lovely the personalisation was perfect along with the finishing touches; love the wooden heart. It was wrapped so beautifully as well.
