The order took a little while to arrive, but being in the midst of a pandemic, not a surprise. When I asked for the tracking info for my items it was given to me with no problem and the communication was exceptionally quick. The products themselves were top moth and packed very carefully. I felt it was reasonably priced and will definitely use Claire's CraftHouse again!
