Maybe if you are from America it might be better but it shouldn't matter because it's all online information and yet it sucks. I'm based in Australia for reference and I've tried to use it on two separate occasions. Different emails and it cannot tell me anything or the information it gives me is not even closely linked to the email. For example I gave them my own email address and I'm easy to find I'm on all the app etc nothing. Had no clue. What waste. They aren't super keen on refunds either, you've got to fit neatly into their requirements to be eligible
