I cannot recommend this company.
The shoes I ordered did not fit so I returned them. The tracking service paperwork showed the parcel as reaching the destination. Clarks Outlet.
However as other reviewers have found, no refund is forthcoming 2 months later.
I can only label this company at best negligent and in reality fraudsters.
I will spend no more time and energy on trying to obtain the money they owe me, but I will certainly counsel as many people as possible to avoid buying from them.
I also wish them nothing but bad luck in their business.
