Just don't bother if there is any possibility that you may need a refund. I have spent hours emailing and phoning customer services, and am still waiting, months later, despite them acknowledging receipt of my returns. I have honestly never heard so many lies and stalling tactics. My refund has been processed at least 4 times, according to Clarks, even whilst I was actually on the phone to them! All lies. And Bacs refunds apparently take between 3 and 21 days, depending on who you talk to. Although I still haven't actually received one of those... It's just a stalling tactic before you start the process all over again. I will NEVER buy from Clarks online again
