Appalling customer service. Charged delivery when UK site says I qualified for free delivery. I’ve emailed (30 Dec) no response. Spoke to call centre abroad (3 Jan 30 mins) who had to check, said correct and would refund. No refund yet. Today sent contact form as wait time 38 mins. Really poor customer service for an old iconic company.
