Simon and Hanna are a really lovely couple. They are great teachers and are very knowledgeable on their subjects. I learnt so much about folklore and history. I had a great combination class: dumplings and bubble tea. A really hands on lesson. I am more confident to try those dishes on my own or with a group of friends.
