My class with Simon and Hannah was an absolute joy. They were incredibly friendly and patient teachers, guiding me through how to make 3 authentic East Asian buns. Hannah made some delicious condiments to go with our buns in the tasting session and you get plenty of leftovers to take home! I did the class alone and they both made me feel very comfortable and confident. Fully recommend this class for a solo or group activity.
