Class was cancelled 1hr 20mins prior to the start. Unfortunatley due to travelling to the meet point I didn't see the message until I arrived. It was a birthday present for my daughter and her friend so not ideal. A refund has been offered by the artist but unsure how to get this via ClassBento. I only receive requests for a review and have not had a response to my email to ClassBento. Artist has been responsive so that is a positive and has kindly offered to contact the relevant person for the refund on my behalf.
