I was quite disappointed with my experience at Bento Cake. Unfortunately, there were several issues that affected my overall satisfaction. Firstly, I noticed hairs on the piping bag tools, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, the piping tips provided were dirty on the inside, and no learning tips or tricks were shared during the session, which was disappointing given the price of £45. The session also started late, and the organizers appeared unprepared, causing the group to wait around for about 20 minutes while they set up. This should have been managed beforehand to ensure a smoother experience for participants. Overall, I was really expecting more from this class, and I don’t feel it was worth the cost. I hope these issues can be addressed to improve future sessions.
