Lucy was so lovely, happy to help and was very clear with her instructions/assistance. She was very supportive (even when I felt like I was messing my work up), and made everyone feel very comfortable and happy to be in that environment. I was very happy with the outcome one, and would definitely recommend to anyone - even if they aren’t artistic!
