Took the knife skill class with Paul.
Learnt the basics through theory and application: from how to hold your knife, two moves to cut safely without bursting food, sharpening your knife and going through a variety of food types (veggie, condiments, meat)
Paul is an amazing instructor, calm, precise, and supportive.
Cherry on top, we ended up with a yummy Asian Chicken Salad!
Needless to say that from that day onwards I’ve been slicing, dicing, slivering like a champ with the sharpest knife in my life!
