It was easy to make a booking and to make payment. The effectiveness of the experience is dependent on how responsive the teachers/provider of the service are, which I had mixed experience with. Also the locations committed to in the booking should be validated by Class Bento so that once locked in and paid for, the provider cannot change this offering - or make it stated cleared up front that the location needs to be agreed.
