An excellent evening shared with other class members and an amiable head chef. Over 2 1/2 hours, we discovered the finer arts of preparing 5-different recipes for a four course meal. Mark led us on the journey in a relaxed and friendly manner, moving around the kitchen to each work station and offering guidance and tips along the way. We really enjoyed the evening and will no doubt return again.
