Well organised session. It was very helpful to have ingredients all portioned out. Chef was explaining at a good pace. Wonderful staff adjusting and keeping the space clean. Loved the complimentary drinks and ability to enjoy the food on site. Wonderful to have the television to see what the chef is doing up high.
