Clear instructions, very positive, provided lots of tips to improve the beginners cookie decorating experience. Very generous and forthcoming with information about where to purchase ingredients. Highly recommend class. Excellent venue facility, great coffee, etc. If you arrive early before the class you can stop a the Saturday farmer's market.
