Having previously had excellent service my last item did not go as planned as there were 2 types of the same product, not interchangeable, for the same bike, and I chose the wrong one. The only fault of Classic Bikes was in not identifying this and publishing that fact. However, they pleasantly agreed a refund on return of the part, and I now need to check that this has been done. Each of us is losing the cost of postage and each of us, with greater knowledge, could have avoided it!
