I just love their personal service, which is excellent. I often order the odd shirt for my husband. Recently I placed an order for a shirt. Someone from their customer service department noticed I had ordered the wrong size, informed me that the size I normally ordered was not in stock, then took the trouble to send me pictures of similar shirts in my husbands size. How helpful and customer friendly is that. Brilliant shirts too. My husband loves them.
