Shirts (I have about 150) and waistcoats (8) are fabulous, patterns, cut and cloth all excellent. Shoes (4) are new to me but so far really good. However I do find the trousers and jackets come up small and the lack of a Claudio cat pattern is mildly disappointing! On a serious note the website pop-ups are incredibly annoying and the only time I had to use customer service it was friendly and helpful.
