This was an easy transaction and the whole process from order to delivery was very fast and problem free. Communication was good throughout and I was kept updated all the way through. My only complaint is with regard to the postage options. I had no option but to have a courier delivery that was going to arrive on a day when I was not at home and pay £8 for the privilige of that. I would like to see an option where you can specify a delivery to be say 3-5 days after order. Although I could specify on the delivery where the parcel could go if I wasn't in, it didn't make any difference because they didn't leave it with my neighbour, as requested, they just put it in the bin by my door. I also think the cost of P&P at £8 is a bit rich as it other companies don't charge that much to post a shirt and Royal Mail charge, for an item that size is much less. All in all good quality shirt, good customer service, bad on P&P cost and delivery options.
