Excellent service. The guys kept me posted re any delays. Took the time to call me to say one of my items would not be available before Christmas and advised happy to refund asap and they also suggested an alternative. The lucky dip shirt offer was fantastic, was expecting it to be maybe one that was awful, but it was great. Also I did cause a panic, as I noted that some items had been sent and received by me, so emailed to ask if my order could be checked. The director was straight on the phone full of apologies and advising me he would resend, there was no question or dispute, he just said he would. However he just wanted me to double check the box as he wanted to make sure that two boxes had been delivered. I said no, but he then described the box, it was only then that I realised there were actually two separate boxes. Felt like such a doughnut. However the director was so nice, we both had a giggle about it and he was so nice about it. I would not hesitate to order from these awesome guys again. Thank you
