Disappointing Customer Service š
Iāve been buying Claudio Lugli shirts myself and have received many as birthday presents since 2015 when I saw the stand at Silverstone. Love the designs, quality and speed of delivery. What I love about the shirts is they always get commented on when Iām out and about. However, a recent order that I received in Jan 23 was the first one Iāve had an issue with. I always wash at 30 degrees as instructed and leave on a hangar to dry. On ironing and putting the shirt on I noticed that Iād either put a lot of weight on or the shirt had shrunk considerably, making it unwearable. I tried on another Lugli and I was pleased it wasnāt me it had shrunk. I reached out to customer services with a nice polite email saying how much I liked the product but I was disappointed. I was hoping for a positive response but I received a very impersonal reply ( apart from Hi Nick ) Basically it was a how to wash guide. I felt very disappointed at the attitude of the customer service department. As a business owner myself I know that response like that would annoy my customers. In the last 10 years Iāve had an issue with 1 other well known shirt manufacturer and the customer service was a world apart !
Like I said I love the brand and Iāve reordered again as I loved the shirt but unfortunately I only wore it once !
Hopefully it was a one off snd it doesnāt happen again.
