Customer service is excellent. I recently ordered a shirt from the website but unfortunately it had sold out so not only did I receive an apology via email I also received a phone call explaining the situation and offering me a discount on a different shirt. Claudio Lugli shirts are beautifully made and fit very well and I'm sure I'll soon be buying a third one.
