Total fiasco
First they sent the wrong shirt , and said on the phone it was “human error “ and that to post it back and they would send the correct one ? Why not send the right one immediately?
I told them because of the delay in receiving the new shirt , it would have to be sent to a different address, told them of the new address on the phone, by email and in a letter enclosed with the returned shirt , but they have sent the replacement to my old address an hours drive away , there was no one there to receive it .
So now I’ve no shirt , no refund of postage , and no reply from last email.
What rubbish service.
