Rarely do you receive this level of customer service. Firstly, the jacket arrived so quickly it was impressive. Well packed and presented. When my husband tried it on I was bowled over. The jacket is fabulous, fits perfectly (we ordered one size up as suggested). I will be so proud to be standing with him when he next wears it. It's light weight, excellent for packing. We are hoping it won't crease which would be the icing on the cake. Well done Claudio Lugli.
