I still have not received my order WEB54554 purchased on 16th December
I have had an e-mail to say that it has been delayed due to a problem in my area - what this is I have no idea, all other deliveries have managed to get through. It was supposed to be a Christmas present which obviously will not arrive in time now. I e-mailed you and have had no response to that either.
