Great shirts, poor customer service.
My last two orders arrived on time - unlike previous orders - and delivered three great shirts. Five Star.
However, the shoes I bought six months ago have faded and been a complete disappointment. They have ignored my email asking about them. (And no option available for 'ignored" below.
They've also raised their 'lucky dip' from £40 to £50, so they're no longer worth the risk.
Such a pity, as their shirts are so good.
