Great product (am a repeat customer), the the cost-benefit metrics of their international delivery service need an overhall. I'm paying DHL delivery rates for delivery to Australia, but it's being send by a premium postal service that takes 12-14 days (DHL get things down here in 4 days - door-to-door). Responses to emails were generally 18-30 hours (perhaps English not their first language?).
