I ordered a shirt by telephone and received it the next day as promised, I have not as yet tried it on but it looks great. Why I have not given excellent is due to the fact that I brought a jacket from their stand at show ground which needed to be altered, I was told I would receive the jacket in a week, 12 days later I still await the jacket. The young lady I spoke to about the delay was most helpful and friendly and will be getting back to me with news about the delayed item.
