Unfortunately, there was big delays and poor communications regarding the skip collection. Despite numerous calls and guarantees pick up days come and went. This did cause us great inconvenience as the skip was on the drive thus blocking the garage also driveway refurbishment was booked and had to be cancelled several times and rearranged. My last call involved the manager who did eventually successfully arrange pick-up on the Saturday more than a week after originally arranging pick up. Unfortunately, I have to do an honest review, I’ve used this company many times and recommended to friends and colleagues with no issues experienced. I’m sure it’s a one off and will be investigated to ensure improvements within their systems.
