received item a week and a half ago, item is damaged! wait numerous days on a reply via email .. sent photos in ... waited numerous days again to be told i would be refunded within 5 working days .. paid by paypal so refund should be instant .. still waiting on refund! think i need to open a case with paypal as your customer service is non existent ... will not be buying from.here again .. bad 1st time experience.
