Ordered 2 scooters, orders went through fine. A week later nothing turns up so I call them fella said order has gone through and they have been dispatched would u be ok waiting few more days for delivery I said yes no problem. Another week goes by so I call again fella again said it is dispatched but he would contact the warehouse to make sure and would email me to update me, so I waited and waited that was a friday by the Tuesday I called back to be told they have none instock and would send me a refund but would take 3-5 days to process. Well thank you for that not only had I have to wait almost 3 weeks and be lied to as obviously the scooters hadn’t been dispatched I had to wait another week for my almost £100 to be returned so could buy else where. Will never use this company again and would definitely not recommend to anyone.
