I ordered 2 towel rails. They arrived promptly and as described. I was very happy with them. They performed brilliantly. However I didn't pay straight away and when I tried to do so by signing in, my email was not recognised. They did send me this request to review them to the email I was logging in with. I'm now going to have to phone them after the weekend. Not as smooth as I thought it would be.
