A tool box arrived badly packed and was deficient in casters which the advert said it had.
Following my complaint and request a return postage label,
The only response from this company was to send me their postal address.
It would seem that they do not consider themselves responsible for misleading consumers.
I would not use them again until they become responsible seller and I will warn others against using them.
