BEWARE of this Company. We purchased a hot tub ONLINE October 6. To this date, November 14, we have had 3 confirmed delivery dates, 2 THRU EMAIL and 1 THRU a HUMAN BEING, from their delivery company. We confirmed and were home for ALL THREE SUPPOSED Deliveries. NO DELIVERY OF HOT TUB EVER CAME.
We cancelled our purchase ONLINE THRU EMAIL and Clearwater replied that they DO NOT ACCEPT ONLINE cancellations !!!
They DO ACCEPT YOUR ONLINE CHARGE CARD ORDER, HAPPILY TAKING YOUR MONEY !! BEWARE !!! This Company leaves delivery up to YOU !!!
