I used this company to lower my RV. They did a check then said that the VOA changed their practice in 2017 so I wasn't feasible for them to challenge. They would have known this prior to charging me. Its now with the solicitors. I'm not the only person who has experienced this. Do some research. Its a nightmare firm, stay away.
