i got a great refund for my shop - also no rates to pay moving forward.
i was initially approached by neighbor who had instructed them on another shop. i was hesitant at first but the rates were too much i had to try and appeal. i tried to appeal at first on my own but got stuck.
i coudlnt be happier and i will use the company now on my other 4 shops.
