We had a terrible time with this company. They claim its a one off check fee and you don't sign anything. They then email you a contract and embedded in it are costs for £750 that they say they can take from the card you paid with. They then threaten legal action. We fought them and WON. The judge said they had no contract. YOU CAN USE THIS IN ANY LEGAL DEFENCE AGAINST CLEMENTS. Use REFERENCE E4QZ9M00 as evidence to support any claim they make.
