Wonderful outcome and great service. Really struggled during the last year and was skeptical but so pleased I took the chance. They helped me pay their fees with a payment plan and by the time I had to make the second payment I had some reliefs I didn’t even know I was entitled to. Waiting for a refund now for a small reduction and they are now trying to get more. Could not have asked for anything more. Recommended to all my neighbours as the reduction should be there for them too. Happy happy happy.
