I received a call from one of the telesales people stating we only had to pay a small amount around £150 if I remember correctly which I paid over the phone. I was told if the application was successful we had the option of paying them the full fee for this company to get us a business rates rebate.
A large unauthorised sum was deducted from my card a week later without my permission. Luckilly the bank stepped in ad refunded our money otherwise I would be another scammed victim of this company.
