Well that was a really pleasant surprise! While when I signed up I understood the terms I then read some reviews and thought should I have done this. Three months later the rates were reduced and just got my refund from the council. I had given the staff some grief during the process as a result but now have to say they did exactly what they said they would do despite my rantings along the way.
