Although it took a while due to the back log at the government like with passports and driving licences eventually yesterday I got confirmation that the rv was reduced. Don’t know how much I’m getting back yet but want to publically thank CA as I gave them a hard time as it took so long and I started to believe some of the reviews I’d read. So patience’s is key in this and in the end success. WELL DONE CA!
