We struggled greatly all over covid with lock downs and had no reliefs as an office and no grants as our rv was too high.about to go bust when Clements approached us and although it took a while finally we have had our rates reduced and are awaiting our refund. This has come in the nick of time to save our business. The time we waited was fairly long but this was due to the back log of cases with the government and not down to Clements who got as frustrated as us with chasing them.
